BCCODE Errors
BCCode errors are hard to categorize as they can fall under
stop, blue screen of death errors or random common errors.
So for this reason we have given them their own category.
BCCode errors can occur at anytime when a PC is running. If
the system feels there is something up with a piece of software,
hardware or anything else in your PC, it will present to you
on a beautiful blue screen with a BCCode error message on
it, referring to some mysterious internal point in your PC.
Often the cause of these errors is again human. Each application
has it's own required drivers for its application to work
properly. If these drivers are written incorrectly or if there
is a bug in them, there will be a conflict with different
versions windows. The operating system says "hay what does
this line mean in the driver code..arghh it make no sense...what
will I do..panic panic panic, time to pop up a BCCode error
message...phew..panic over".
Unfortunately many of these BCCODE: XXXXXXX error messages
are not the most self explanatory which can leave you pulling
your hair out again. Here is an example of a BCCode message
we got on one of our laptops
BCCode : a BCP1 : 0000E01B BCP : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000001
BCP4 : 806F 2A7C OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1
We had to do some research, we realized it was a problem
with our video card driver. But we were not sure. If you are
like us and don't like messing with the internals of a PC
unless it is completely necessary. Unless you are a trained
PC technician or know exactly what you are doing we don't
advise modifying any of your PC's settings as this can lead
to a worse situation than you are already in. Try running
a free scan on your PC first to determine the cause of the
BCCode error. This can get your PC back working in a tick
if the error can be detected.
